30-Minute Chicken Soup
Serves 4 (1-1/2 cup)

3 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
9 oz can diced cooked chicken
1/4 tsp salt
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 carrots peeled, and sliced thin
3 whole cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp dried parsley
1 bay leaf
1 cup frozen peas
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
2 oz noodles of choice, uncooked.

Combine all ingredients except noodles in a large stockpot. Bring to
a boil,
reduce to simmer, and covered for at least 20 minutes. Add noodles
during last
8 minutes of cooking time.
