Cabbage Meatloaf Patties

16 ozs ground 90% lean turkey or beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup cold cooked rice
1 (10-3/4 oz) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup*
1/2 cup water
1 tsp dried parsley flakes

In a large bowl, combine meat, onion, cabbage, rice,
and 1/4 cup tomato soup.
Mix well to combine.
Using a 1/2 cup measure as a guide,
form mixture into 6 patties.
Place patties in a large skillet
sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Brown patties for 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
Stir water and parsley flakes into remaining soup.
Evenly spoon soup mixture over patties.
Continue cooking for 6 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
When serving, evenly spoon sauce over top of patties.
HINT: 2/3 cup uncooked rice usually cooks to about 1 cup.
