Apple Biscuit Breakfast Treat
2 cups cored, peeled, and chopped cooking apples
1/4 cup seedless raisins
1 (7-1/2 oz) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/4 cup Splenda Granular
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsps chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Spray an 8-inch pie plate
with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Evenly layer apples and raisins in prepared pie plate.
Separate biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces. Sprinkle
biscuit pieces over apple and raisins.
In a small bowl, combine Splenda, maple syrup, cinnamon,
and pecans. Drizzle mixture evenly over top. Bake for 25
to 30 minutes. Place serving plate over top of pie plate
and invert onto serving plate. Cut into 6 wedges.
