Serves 6
1/2 head iceberg lettuce shredded
2 large tomatoes chopped
12 turkey bacon slices
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 fat-free flour tortillas
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 10
minutes. Drain and cool. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise
in a large bowl. Add pepper. Mix well.Spread about 1/2 cup lettuce
mixture down center of each tortilla. Add 2 strips bacon. Fold in
right edge. Fold up bottom edge. Roll tortilla to enclose filling.
