Serves 4

1 head red lettuce, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup chopped black olives
2 chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
4 pcs bacon, pre-cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup aged blue cheese
1/2 cup minced yellow and red peppers
1 tomato, minced

Place the lettuce on four plates. From right to left around
each plate, place the eggs, olives, chicken, bacon, blue
cheese, peppers and tomato. Serve with salad dressing of
choice.
