Cheddar 'n Ham Muffins


1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1-3/4 cups all-purpose baking mix
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup low-fat ham, chopped fine

Mix first three ingredients together; add pepper and ham.
Mix well and
spoon into lined muffin pans until 1/2 full. Bake in preheated
400 deg
F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
