Chili Mac 'n Cheddar

Serves 12

30 ozs canned vegetarian chili with beans
16 ozs canned whole tomatoes undrained and chopped
4 ozs chiles, diced
1-1/4 tsp salt
7 ozs elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

In a large saucepan, combine chili with beans, tomatoes,
chiles, and salt. Mix well and simmer for ten minutes. Stir in
macaroni and cheese. Cover and simmer for five minutes or
until heated through.
