1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 medium onion, sliced in rings
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 lb roast beef thin sliced from the deli
4 hoagies or kaiser rolls, split (whole wheat best)

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Saute onion
rings for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in tomato
sauce and barbecue sauce. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Add
roast beef and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated
through. Butter and toast rolls if desired. Spoon meat onto
rolls and serve. To Microwave: Cook onion Stir in tomato
sauce and barbecue sauce. Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at 100% power for 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling.
Stir in meat. Cover with foiland let stand for 3 to 4 minutes
or until meat is warm.
