Classic Creamy Slaw
Serves 6 (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tbsps white distilled vinegar
2 tbsps Splenda Granular
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley
flakes
3 cups purchased coleslaw mix
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, Splenda,
and parsley. Add coleslaw mix. Mix well to
combine.Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Gently stir again just before serving..
