circulation.
4. It can help lower your cholesterol and high blood pressure. These
can lead to heart attacks and stroke. And high blood pressure and high
glucose readings can lead to blindness.
5. It reduces stress. Stress helps add to high glucose readings.
6. It helps give you a healthy heart. This lowers your risk for heart
disease.
Exercise with a healthy diet can help control some people's Type 2
diabetes without having to take medications.
People who have poor control of blood glucose (glucose is over
240mg/dl or 13.3mmol). This is to avoid making the hyperglycemia worse.
People with retinopathy. This is to avoid increasing the pressure in the
eye and causing further eye damage.
People with neuropathy in the feet. No jogging or running.
Exercise is good for almost all people. Ask your health care provider
what kinds of exercise will be most beneficial for you regarding your
health care needs.
