4 QUARTER-SIZE PIECES THINLY SLICED FRESH GINGER
7 OR 8 LARGE FRESH MINT LEAVES, ROUGHLY TORN
2 CUPS BOILING WATER
2 CUPS CRUSHED ICE, DIVIDED
FRESH MINT, FOR GARNISH

1. PLACE TEA BAGS, GINGER AND MINT LEAVES IN TEAPOT.
POUR IN HOT WATER AND STEEP FOR 4 MINUTES.
REMOVE TEA BAGS AND DISCARD.
COOL TEA TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.

2. POUR 1 CUP OF CRUSHED ICE INTO
EACH OF 2 TALL GLASSES,
GARNISH WITH MINT SPRIGS AND SERVE.
