1 low carb tortilla 5 carbs
1/4 cup Marinara sauce 5 1/2 carbs
1/4 cup Part Skim Mozzarella cheese 1 gram carb
Put a little Italian seasoning on it. I put the Tortilla wrap in the oven to let it firm
up a little, then I put the sauce, seasoning, and cheese on. Kept it in oven till the
cheese melted, and then devoured it. Total 11 1/2 carbs and did not spike.
