Yield 2 cups

Use in place of seasoned bread crumbs called for in
recipes for
chicken,
fish or pork chops.

1 cup (4 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/2 cup Malt-O-Meal hot wheat cereal
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp rubbed sage
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp seafood seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground thyme
1/2 tsp pepper

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Store
in an airtight
container in the refrigerator for up to six months.
