8 slices reduced-calorie white bread, cut into
1-inch cubes
3/4 cup (3 ozs) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar
cheese
3/4 cup (3 ozs) shredded reduced-fat mozzarella
cheese
1 (10.75 oz) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup
2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
1/4 cup (3/4 oz) grated Kraft fat-free Parmesan
cheese
1 cup water
3 eggs, or equivalent in egg substitute
1 tsp JO's Pizza Seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8- by 8-inch
baking dish with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
Evenly layer bread cubes, Cheddar cheese
andmozzarella cheese in prepared baking dish. In
a large bowl, combine tomato soup,
dry milk powder, Parmesan cheese, water, eggs
and JO's Pizza Seasoning. Spoon soup mixture
evenly over top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until
set. Place
baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5
minutes. Divide into servings.
