Dinner Rolls




5 1/2 oz water
3 tablespoons instant dry milk
3/4 cup vital wheat gluten
3/4 cup wheat protein isolate
1/2 cup oat flour
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active baker's yeast (one pkt)

Add all ingredients to your bread machine in the order specified for your specific
machine. Allow dough to go through 2 knead-and-rise cycles. Remove from machine.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Roll into 12 even balls and place
on sheet. Allow them to rise for 60 to 90 minutes in a warm place. Preheat oven to
350?F. Bake rolls for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 rolls.  7 grams net carbohydrate per roll.
