
Ingredients: 8 oz bleu cheese - crumbled 16 oz cream cheese, softened 3 Tbsp heavy cream 1 Cup brandy 1 tsp. thyme - powdered salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 1 hour so flavors can intermingle.
