3 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons butter
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces
1/2 cup diced cooked turkey giblets (optional)
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon dry onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp Tumeric (for color, optional)
1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
Makes 8 Servings
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil until it
thickens.
Carbs = less than 1 carb per serving
