2/3 cup Strawberry Designer Whey Protein 1 teaspoon xanthan gum 2 1/2 cups cold water 2 tablespoons heavy cream 2 ounces cream cheese, cut up into small pieces 1/2 cup Strawberry DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup 1/4 cup granular Splenda 1 teaspoon strawberry extract 4 ounces frozen strawberries (Do not thaw!) Small ice cubes (or crushed ice) In a small bowl, mix Strawberry Designer Whey Protein with xanthan gum. Set aside. Pour water, cream, cream cheese, syrup, Splenda and extract into a blender. Blend for a few seconds. Add Designer Whey Protein mixture and blend briefly. With the blender on the highest speed, begin feeding frozen strawberries through the hole in the blender cover. Once the berries are all in, start adding ice cubes (or crushed ice), until the drink is very thick and you can't fit any more into the blender. This makes VERY thick smoothies!
