Southwestern Hominy



1/2 cup each chopped onion and green pepper
1 tbsp margarine
2 tsps chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cans (15-1/2 ozs each) golden hominy, rinsed and
drained
1/8 tsp pepper

In a saucepan, saute onion and green pepper in margarine
until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered,
over medium-low heat 5-10 minutes until heated through,
stirring occasionally.
