Roasted Tomato and Broccoli



3 cups broccoli flowerets
12 cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Set oven to 375. Slice tomatoes in half. Mince the garlic. Place
broccoli, tomato, garlic in a casserole dish. Pour on olive oil,
add salt and pepper. toss to coat. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
